In the passionate and sunny July, the Hengwang Quality Service Expedition Team arrived in Baoji, Shaanxi. Their smiles were as warm as the sun, and their service was heartwarming. Through treacherous mountain paths and the scorching heat, where few had ventured before, they left their hidden marks. On every piece of equipment, all that remained was the fullness of their dedication to service.

陕西区域的首站选择在了位于宝鸡市的客户黄总，客户于今年刚购买了一台HWL80-9轮式挖掘机，目前累计工作已达到251小时。

服务小组现场为客户检查了机器，发现进气管开裂，行走转向有异响，倒车影像灯不亮，已现场维修完毕。

The first stop in the Shaanxi region was chosen to be at Mr. Huang's, a customer located in Baoji City. Mr. Huang had recently purchased an HWL80-9 wheeled excavator earlier this year, and it has already accumulated 251 hours of operation.

The service team conducted an on-site inspection of the machine and identified several issues, including a cracked air intake pipe, unusual noises in the steering system, and a non-functional reverse camera. These issues were promptly repaired on-site.

随后，服务小组与客户黄总一起探讨不同厂家同类机型设备的性能差异。黄总表示，恒旺集团售后人员服务水平、及时性很不错，设备综合性能也很不错，不过仍存在一些小问题，希望能及时改进。服务小组将客户反馈意见详细记录并表示会将这些意见带回公司,供研发团队参考。

Subsequently, the service team discussed the performance differences among similar equipment models from different manufacturers with Mr. Huang. Mr. Huang mentioned that the after-sales service level and timeliness from Hengwang Group were quite good, and the overall equipment performance was also commendable. However, he did point out some minor issues that he hoped could be addressed promptly. The service team carefully noted the customer's feedback and assured Mr. Huang that they would bring these comments back to the company for the research and development team to consider.
