集团董事长刘明涛、集团副总刘小伟、徐刚等公司中高层班子成员及员工代表参加此次年终会议，会议由集团副总刘小伟主持。

会议伊始，集团副总刘小伟对2023年公司整体的经营与生产情况进行总结汇报。汇报指出2023年企业整年坚持稳中求进的总基调，坚持“走出去”的战略发展方针，稳扎稳打提升，内贸部人均销售收入同增长46%，外贸部销售额同比去年增长50%以上，取得显著提升，2023年完美收官。2024集团将迎来二次创业，伴随新厂区建设，恒旺将迈向更高的新台阶。

The average sales revenue per person in the Domestic Trade Department increased by 46%, and the sales of the Foreign Trade Department increased by over 50% compared to the previous year, achieving a perfect conclusion for 2023. 恒旺集团董事长刘明涛认真听取了各部门管理人员的发言，并针对各项目营销情况逐一进行评价，首先肯定了大家在过去一年里面对艰难的客观形势，坚守初心、攻坚克难，取得成绩，充分体现了恒旺人坚毅果敢的精神品质，随后，结合各项目内部的情况，为2024年全年进行战略性部署，提出同心共创20亿的发展目标。针对2024年要以坚定的信心、创新的举措、坚韧的毅力，攻坚克难，奋进担当，以实干交出“成功答卷”。
