The sudden drop in northern temperatures poses a challenge for loader users. Ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical equipment in such conditions is undoubtedly a test. Today, we have summarized the following four points of winter maintenance considerations for everyone, which can better support the safe winter operation of the equipment.

01 燃油油路维护

Fuel System Maintenance

柴油选用：需根据当下的环境温度，不同标号的柴油凝固点不同，选用柴油的标号如果高于以下温度，发动机的燃油系统可能会结蜡，堵塞油路，影响发动机的正常工作。

Diesel Selection: Depending on the current environmental temperature, diesel with different cetane ratings has different cloud points. If the chosen cetane rating of diesel is higher than the following temperature, the engine's fuel system may experience waxing, leading to clogged fuel lines and affecting the normal operation of the engine.

燃油油路维护：清洗柴油箱，将油箱底部的沉淀物清除干净。校验工作情况不良的喷油油泵，确保正常工作。

Fuel System Maintenance: Clean the diesel tank by removing sediment at the bottom. Inspect and address any issues with the fuel injection pump to ensure proper functioning.

02 设备三漏检测

Equipment Three Leaks Detection

在气温持续低于0℃，甚至更低时，设备会出现漏油、漏气、漏水现象，所以在正式进入冬季之前一定要对整机的三漏情况进行全面检修，排除隐患和故障。

When the temperature persists below 0℃, or even lower, equipment may experience oil, air, or water leaks. Therefore, before officially entering winter, it is essential to comprehensively inspect the entire machine for leaks, addressing potential risks and faults.

03 排净储气罐内积水

Drain the accumulated water from the air reservoir.

冬季在每天工作完成之后，需要排放干净储气罐内的积水，防止水分进入刹车气路结冰堵塞，导致没有刹车，最终引起安全事故。

In winter, after completing daily work, it is necessary to discharge the accumulated water inside the air reservoir to prevent moisture from entering the brake air system, causing ice blockages and resulting in brake failure, ultimately leading to safety accidents.

排放干净油水分离杯内水分，防止水分进入油路结冰堵塞，引起整机起动困难或者是无法起动。

Clean the water in the oil-water separation cup to prevent moisture from entering the oil system, causing ice blockages and leading to difficulties in starting the entire machine or preventing it from starting.

04 低温负荷作业

Low-Temperature Load Operation

在车辆起动，柴油机着火后，很多司机就想让设备立即投入负荷作业，但由于室外温度低，机油粘度大，这种情况很容易引起设备严重磨损。

After starting the vehicle and igniting the diesel engine, many drivers may want to put the equipment into operation immediately. However, due to the low outdoor temperature and high viscosity of the engine oil, this situation can easily lead to severe wear and tear on the equipment.

所以建议车辆启动着火后，先在原地低速运转5—10分钟，期间可绕车检查设备，避免不必要的损坏，然后再投入负荷作业。

Therefore, it is recommended that after the vehicle starts and the engine ignites, run at low speed in place for 5-10 minutes. During this time, inspect the equipment around the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage before engaging in full-load operations.
