这一站，质量服务小队来到了四川省巴中市，客户黄总于今年刚刚购入了一台HWL90-6轮式挖掘机，现已工作了172小时。

On this stop, the Quality Service Team has arrived in Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. Customer Mr. Huang recently purchased an HWL90-6 wheeled excavator earlier this year, and it has now been in operation for 172 hours.

售后工程师为客户机器主要检查了发动机机油、皮带、有无渗油、回转马达及其齿轮油、四轮一带有无磨损、大小臂及其油缸是否损坏、设备参数是否正常等。巡检过程中发现问题时拍照记录，并及时与客户确认，巡检之后将问题及时反馈给客户，指导客户怎样高效率、低成本运营设备。

The after-sales engineer conducted a primary inspection of the customer's machine, focusing on the engine oil, belts, any signs of leakage, the swing motor and its gear oil, the condition of the four wheels, and whether there was any wear and tear on the boom and its hydraulic cylinders, as well as checking the equipment parameters for normalcy. During the inspection, any issues discovered were documented with photographs, and the customer was promptly informed. After the inspection, the issues were reported back to the customer in a timely manner, along with guidance on how to operate the equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
