LiuGong Vietnam Officially Opens

10月4日，柳工机械越南有限公司（以下简称“柳工越南”）在河内正式开业。越南中国商会会长顾朝庆，广西柳工机械股份有限公司（以下简称“柳工”）董事长&CEO曾光安、高级副总裁罗国兵，柳工亚太区域总经理邓涛、副总经理向冬生、营销总监李俐宏，以及来自泰国、菲律宾、缅甸、老挝、马来西亚、中国等国家的300多名经销商、行业客户和媒体共同见证了柳工越南的成立。

Vietnam – October 4, 2023 – LiuGong Machinery Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LiuGong Vietnam") officially opened in Hanoi. The opening ceremony was attended by Gu Chaoqing, President of the China Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam; Zeng Guang'an, Chairman & CEO of LiuGong, Luo Guobing, Senior Vice President of LiuGong; General Manager Deng Tao, Deputy General Manager Xiang Dongsheng, Marketing Director Li Lihong of LiuGong Asia-Pacific Region, as well as over 300 dealers, industry customers, and media representatives from countries including Thailand, the Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Malaysia, and China.

开业仪式上，柳工越南为到场客户展示了装载机862H、挖掘机952EHD、推土机B160C、压路机6612E、平地机4165D、叉车CPD30-EJL和高空作业平台LA20JE等20余台覆盖采石采矿、道路建设、农林、城市建设及维护等行业的设备和全面解决方案。客户对柳工设备卓越的性能给予了高度评价。

During the opening ceremony, LiuGong Vietnam showcased more than 20 units of equipment covering comprehensive solutions for quarrying, mining, road construction, agriculture and forestry, urban construction, and maintenance. The displayed equipment included 862H wheel loader, 952EHD excavator, B160C bulldozer, 6612E roller, 4165D motor grader, CPD30-EJL forklift, and LA20JE aerial work platform. The attending customers highly praised the outstanding performance of LiuGong equipment.

现场还展示了专为木薯装卸定制的装载机835HL和50CNL。

Customized loaders, such as the 835HL and 50CNL wheel loaders designed for cassava handling, were also featured at the event.

作为柳工在东南亚地区设立的第三个子公司，柳工越南的成立将为越南及周边国家基础设施建设、矿山开采、高速公路、港口、农林、市政等领域提供全面和优质的工程机械产品和解决方案，为当地客户及经销商带来更多经济价值。

As LiuGong's third subsidiary in the Southeast Asian region, the establishment of LiuGong Vietnam will provide all-application, high-quality engineering machinery products and solutions for infrastructure construction, mining, highways, ports, agriculture and forestry, municipal projects, and more in Vietnam and neighboring countries. This will create greater economic value for local customers and dealers.

“这是柳工海外业务拓展又一个值得纪念的里程碑。”曾光安在开幕式致辞中表示，柳工于2002年进入越南市场，经过20多年的发展，已成为当地工程机械行业的知名品牌，设备应用于当地各个大型工程建设项目。近年来，越南政府致力于发展基础设施、工业基础设施、住宅建筑和采矿业，柳工全系列产品和服务将极大地助力当地经济发展。

"This is another milestone worth celebrating for LiuGong's overseas business expansion," said Zeng Guang’an during the opening speech. LiuGong entered the Vietnamese market in 2002. After over 20 years of development, it has become a well-known brand in the local engineering machinery industry, with equipment applied in various large-scale construction projects in Vietnam. In recent years, the Vietnamese government has been committed to developing infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, residential construction, and mining. LiuGong's full range of products and services will greatly contribute to local economic development.

“为了实现我们的业务和未来发展目标，我们将在越南投入更多资源，更好地为当地客户服务。”曾光安说道。

"To achieve our business and future development goals, we will invest more resources in Vietnam to better serve our Vietnamese customers," Zeng Guang’an stated.

“作为离柳工总部最近的一家海外子公司，柳工越南有着地理上的天然优势，我们的经销商和客户可以更快地获得总部的强大支持，比如设备和配件可以在48小时内抵达越南，能更快地满足客户需求。”李俐宏在开业仪式上说。

"As the overseas subsidiary closest to LiuGong headquarters, LiuGong Vietnam has a natural geographical advantage. Our dealers and customers can receive strong support from LiuGong headquarters more quickly, such as equipment and parts that can arrive in Vietnam within 48 hours to meet customer needs more efficiently," Li Lihong mentioned during the opening ceremony.

In terms of aftermarket development, LiuGong Vietnam has been cooperating with its local distributor, strengthening parts inventory and customized rapid response mechanisms, fully delivering on the "1125" service standard commitment (response within 1 hour, arrive at the customer's site in 1 day, solve the problem within 2 days, and rent a backup machine if the issue cannot be resolved within 5 days).

罗国兵在采访中表示：“柳工拥有30多个产品线，可满足所有工程建设需求。我们的产品都符合越南本地的施工要求，可以为客户提供全工况的施工设备和解决方案，未来也将在各个业务领域全力支持我们的经销商和客户。”

During an interview, Luo Guobing stated, "LiuGong has over 30 product lines, covering all construction needs. Our products meet the local construction requirements in Vietnam, and we can provide customers with construction equipment and solutions for all working conditions. In the future, we will continue to fully support our dealers and customers in all business areas."
