我们都知道挖掘机是出了名的油老虎，所谓发动机一响，黄金万两，也不是没有道理的。

但是对于很多老资格的驾驶员来说，在他们手中的机器一年下来要比新手驾驶员省下10%-15%的油费。

所以想开好挖掘机，学好如何省油是很重要的一点，那么在日常操作中到底有哪些省油的技巧呢？

We all know that excavators are notoriously fuel-guzzling, hence the saying, "When the engine roars, it's like spending a fortune in gold," which is not without reason.

However, for many seasoned drivers, the machinery they operate can save 10%-15% on fuel costs annually compared to novice drivers.

Therefore, if you want to operate an excavator efficiently, it's essential to learn how to save fuel. So, what are some fuel-saving tips during daily operations?

回转角度不应过大

The rotation angle should not be too large.

在我们日常的操作中，挖掘机的回转角度尽量不要超过60度，一般控制在30-45度之间为最佳。因为角度越小，回转的速度就越快，工作效率就越高，也就越省油。

In our daily operations, the rotation angle of the excavator should preferably not exceed 60 degrees. It is best to keep it between 30-45 degrees. Because the smaller the angle, the faster the rotation speed, the higher the work efficiency, and the more fuel-efficient it is.

保持健康的胎压

Maintain a healthy tire pressure.

对于轮式挖掘机来说，需要保持良好的胎压，因为胎压不足时容易造成挖掘机在行动时阻力增大，而增加油耗，正确的使用辐射型轮胎最多可以节省10%的油耗。

For wheeled excavators, it's essential to maintain proper tire pressure. Insufficient tire pressure can increase resistance when the excavator is moving, leading to increased fuel consumption. Proper use of radial tires can save up to 10% on fuel consumption.

避免长时间怠速

Avoid prolonged idling.

怠速是指发动机的空转状态，也就是在挖掘机没有工作时，没有熄火，而使发动机继续运转的状态。很多驾驶员没有养成随手熄火的习惯，或者是嫌比较麻烦，所以在机器长时间没有工作的时候依旧保持发动机的运转，其实这种不好的习惯是很费油的。虽说挖掘机在怠速状态下并没有工作状态下的油耗那么高，但是积少成多，若不注意这一点的话，时间一长油耗也是相当恐怖的。

Idling refers to the engine's state of running without performing any work, that is, when the excavator is not in operation, the engine continues to run without being turned off. Many drivers have not developed the habit of turning off the engine when it's not in use, or they find it bothersome, so they keep the engine running even when the machine is idle for extended periods. This bad habit is very fuel-inefficient. Although an excavator consumes less fuel when idling than when working, these small amounts add up over time. If not addressed, the cumulative fuel consumption can become significant over extended periods.

减少重载掉压状态

Reduce overloading and pressure drops.

在挖掘大砂石时，有些驾驶员为了图方便经常使挖掘机进入掉压形态，这是很不好的习惯。我们也可以举个例子，假如一台挖掘机一天工作十个小时，其中有10分钟是处于掉压形态的，那么如果避免这些掉压形态，这台机器每年可以省下大约1000升的柴油。另外经常掉压也会减少机器的寿命，所以宁愿多铲两下，也要尽量避免这些不规范动作。

When excavating large sand and stones, some drivers frequently allow the excavator to enter a pressure drop mode for the sake of convenience, which is a bad habit. To illustrate, suppose an excavator works ten hours a day, and out of that, 10 minutes are in a pressure drop mode. By avoiding these pressure drop situations, the machine can save about 1,000 liters of diesel fuel annually. Additionally, frequent pressure drops can reduce the machine's lifespan. Hence, it's better to dig a few more times than to engage in these non-standard actions.

采用正确的挖掘机技巧

Use the correct excavator techniques.

在日常作业中，有时候会需要挖比较深的沟槽，对于这种情况，应尽量采取分段式挖掘的方式，最好分为上中下三层来进行挖掘。不要想着一口吃个大胖子，而采取一挖到顶的方法，因为这样会大大增加作用范围，这就使挖掘机的动力降低了，不但会影响工作效率，还会增加机器的油耗。

In daily operations, sometimes there's a need to dig deep trenches. In such cases, it's advisable to adopt a segmented excavation approach, preferably dividing the digging into upper, middle, and lower layers. Don't try to do it all at once, as digging from top to bottom in one go will greatly increase the working range. This reduces the excavator's power and not only affects work efficiency but also increases the machine's fuel consumption.

少做非必要动作

Minimize unnecessary movements.

这一条是很多新手驾驶员最容易犯的毛病，由于学习过程中养成了一些不好的习惯，所以许多新手驾驶员在操作时，总是会无意识地去做一些非必要动作，这些动作不但对工作毫无帮助，还会白白的浪费柴油，所以应当避免这些动作的出现。

This is a common mistake many novice drivers make. Due to habits formed during the learning process, many new drivers unconsciously perform unnecessary actions when operating the machine. These actions not only provide no benefit to the work but also wastefully consume diesel fuel. Therefore, such actions should be avoided.
