10月18日，柳工在老挝中部塔克举行服务中心开业典礼，标志着柳工在老挝本地化服务迈出关键一步。该中心将依托完善的服务网络，为当地客户提供更高效、全面的一站式服务支持。柳工代表、合作伙伴、客户及媒体等嘉宾共同见证这一重要时刻。

On October 18, LiuGong officially opened its new service center in Thakhek, central Laos, marking a key step in the company's localized service network across Laos. The center will provide customers with more efficient, comprehensive, and localized one-stop support. The inauguration ceremony was attended by LiuGong representatives, partners, customers, and media.

新建成的服务中心具备四大核心功能。专业维修与保养：配备专业工具，支持柳工全系列设备的故障诊断、大修与定期维护；配件供应：设立配件仓库，储备常用及关键配件，大幅缩短设备待修时间；技术培训赋能：作为本地培训基地，定期为客户及技术人员提供操作、保养与排障指导；快速响应机制：建立服务热线与调度体系，确保客户需求得到第一时间响应。

The newly established service center offers four core functions: Professional repair and maintenance services, equipped with specialized tools to support full-range LiuGong equipment; Parts supply, with a warehouse stocking common and critical components to significantly reduce downtime; Technical training programs, serving as a local training base for equipment operation and maintenance; Rapid response mechanisms, featuring a service hotline and dispatch system to ensure timely support.
