5月27日，柳工、柳州职业技术大学、加纳技术大学联盟及柳工经销商JA PLANT POOL签署4方合作备忘录。这是继2024年千台设备成功交付后，柳工与加方在教育和本地化领域的又一深入合作。此次签约彰显了柳工不仅是设备提供商，更致力于人才培养、履行社会责任、深耕海外市场。

On May 27, LiuGong, Liuzhou Polytechnic University, the Ghana Technical Universities Association, and LiuGong’s Ghana dealer JA Plant Pool signed a four-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This partnership follows the successful delivery of a 1,000-unit equipment order to Ghana last year and further demonstrates LiuGong’s commitment to not only providing equipment, but also fostering local talent, fulfilling its social responsibilities, and taking root in overseas markets.

此次合作是在多轮实地考察与深入交流的基础上达成的，体现了各方共同推动职业教育合作的高度共识。作为合作方之一的加纳技术大学联盟，由全国10所知名技术类高校组成，具备广泛的教育资源与影响力。在签约仪式上，联盟主席Eshun John Frank表示，非常期待与中国企业和高校开展深入合作，相信此次签约将为加纳职业教育的发展注入新动力，为本地人才培养搭建坚实平台。

This collaboration was reached after multiple rounds of field visits and in-depth discussions, reflecting a strong consensus among all parties to advance vocational education cooperation. The Ghana Technical Universities Association, one of the signatories, is composed of 10 leading technical universities across the country and holds extensive educational resources and influence. At the signing ceremony, the association's chairman, Eshun John Frank, expressed his enthusiasm for deeper cooperation with Chinese enterprises and institutions, believing the MOU will bring fresh momentum to Ghana’s vocational education and provide a solid platform for local talent development.

Liuzhou Polytechnic University has been a long-time partner of LiuGong, having launched several joint education-industry programs in countries around the world. The expansion of this cooperation into Africa marks a new milestone in their partnership and opens a new chapter for China’s vocational education development on the continent. Vice President Qu Fan of the university stated the school looks forward to working with LiuGong to grow the vocational education alliance in Africa.

Nimako-Boateng Adwoa Frimpomaa

JA PLANT POOL深耕加纳多年，并于2024年正式成为柳工经销商，其总经理Nimako-Boateng Adwoa Frimpomaa表示，柳工经销商的职责不仅仅是设备销售与服务，推动本地人才培养是中长期的重要使命。

JA Plant Pool, which has been deeply rooted in the Ghanaian market for many years, officially became LiuGong’s authorized dealer in 2024. Its General Manager, Nimako-Boateng Adwoa Frimpomaa, emphasized that being a LiuGong dealer involves more than just equipment sales and services—it also carries the long-term mission of supporting local talent development.

柳工售后支持与客户方案总经理陈灏在会上表示，柳工已有多个成熟的校企合作案例，此次在加纳落地，是柳工长期主义战略与社会责任担当的有力体现，也将进一步提升柳工在当地的品牌口碑。

Chen Hao, General Manager of LiuGong’s After-Sales Support and Customer Solutions, remarked that LiuGong has already developed a number of successful education-industry cooperation models. This new project in Ghana reflects the company’s commitment to long-termism and social responsibility, and is expected to further strengthen LiuGong’s brand reputation in the local market.

非洲职教联盟是柳工推进国际化的重要战略之一。此次合作签约只是一个开始。未来，柳工将在加纳建设全球客户体验中心加纳分中心，作为西非培训枢纽，提升区域本地化培训能力。同时，柳工国际工匠学院加纳分院也将同步启动，借助中国先进的职教体系，助力非洲教育事业发展。

The African Vocational Education Alliance is a key part of LiuGong’s internationalization strategy. This MOU marks just the beginning. Looking ahead, LiuGong plans to establish a Ghana branch of its Global Customer Experience Center to serve as a training hub for West Africa, enhancing the region’s local training capabilities. At the same time, LiuGong will launch a Ghana campus of its International Craftsman Institute, introducing China’s advanced vocational education systems to support the growth of Africa’s education sector.
