10月31日至11月1日，第七届柳工全球技能比武大赛总决赛将在柳工总部正式拉开帷幕。来自全球8个区域的、11个国家的8支团队入围决赛。

From October 31 to November 1, the finals of the 7^th LiuGong Global Technical Skills Competition will officially take place at LiuGong’s headquarters. 8 teams from 11 countries across 8 regions have made it to the finals.

本届大赛将继续沿用去年的团体竞赛模式，既考验个人的专业技术水平，又强调团队的协作能力。比赛内容涵盖传统内燃机产品的故障诊断与排查、电动产品交机服务、精密部件测量与装配等，聚焦新技术产品和服务的推广，旨在培养高技能人才，为全球客户提供快速、专业的服务保障，助力全球后市场的卓越运营。

This year’s competition will continue last year’s team-based format, testing not only individual technical skills but also team collaboration. The competition includes fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of traditional internal combustion engine products, electric product handover services, and precision component measurement and assembly. It focuses on promoting new technology products and services, aiming to cultivate highly skilled talent to provide fast and professional service support to global customers, boosting the excellence of the global aftermarket.

自2014年启幕以来，柳工全球技能比武大赛已成为行业内的标志性赛事，见证了无数柳工产品服务技能人才的成长和蜕变，搭建起展现自我、交流进步的优质平台，推动行业技术不断前行。第六届大赛的冠军拉美区域队表示：“参加柳工全球技能比武大赛是一段难忘的经历，不仅让我们有机会与全球同行切磋，还拓宽了视野、提升了技能。大赛的严格标准和激烈竞争激励我们不断追求进步，而获得冠军更是对我们努力的极大肯定。我们希望通过自身经历，鼓励更多选手在这个舞台上展现风采，传承和发扬柳工精神。”

Since its inception in 2014, the LiuGong Global Technical Skills Competition has become a landmark event in the industry, witnessing the growth and transformation of countless LiuGong service professionals. It provides a valuable platform for self-expression and mutual learning, advancing industry technology. The champion team from the 6th competition, representing the Latin America region, stated, “Participating in the LiuGong Technical Global Skills Competition was an unforgettable experience. It gave us the opportunity to compete with peers from around the world, broaden our horizons, and improve our skills. The competition’s rigorous standards and intense challenges inspired us to continually strive for progress, and winning the championship was a great recognition of our efforts.
