Recently, LiuGong M200E cold planer has been successively delivered overseas, providing strong support for large-scale maintenance projects such as highways, national highways, provincial highways, municipal roads and airport runways.

M200E采用先进的设计理念和技术，优化整机重量，保证了极高的施工效率和施工灵活性。M200E采用全液压四驱配置，爬坡能力高达100%；配备了液压差速锁，确保前后马达流量一致，轮胎间的速度差异小于5%，驱动力更强；采用大扭矩马达和减速机，铣刨泵排量达到130L/min，马达排量达90L/min，搭载力士乐减速机最大扭矩高达24000N·m，可高效实现铣刨作业。此外，M200E支腿可向前折叠至贴近车架位置，减小了转弯半径，提高了贴边作业工况的适应性且有利于狭窄工况。

The M200E adopts advanced design concepts and technologies, optimizing the overall weight to ensure extremely high construction efficiency and flexibility. With a full hydraulic four-wheel drive configuration, the M200E boasts a climbing ability of up to 100%. Equipped with hydraulic differential locks, it ensures consistent flow between front and rear motors, with speed differentials between tires of less than 5%, resulting in stronger driving force. Utilizing high-torque motors and reducers, the milling and planing pump achieves a displacement of 130L/min, motor displacement of 90L/min, and is equipped with a Rexroth reducer with a maximum torque of up to 24000N·m, enabling efficient milling and planing operations. Additionally, the M200E's support legs can be folded forward to be close to the chassis position, reducing the turning radius, improving adaptability to edge-working conditions, and facilitating operations in narrow spaces.
