in the Philippines

3月21日，柳工携手菲律宾经销商QSJ开启2024服务万里行活动。来自QSJ 7个分公司的百名服务工程师、技术专家等，将为客户提供全面专业的设备健康检查服务。

On March 21, LiuGong joined hands with its Philippine dealer, QSJ, to kick off the 2024 Service Tour. One hundred service engineers and technical experts from QSJ's seven branches will provide comprehensive and professional equipment health inspection services for customers.

此次活动将贯穿全年，覆盖菲律宾核心区域，服务百余家关键客户、上千台设备。通过“地毯式”的全地域服务覆盖，深入了解柳工设备的运行状态，同时开展保姆式的全方位服务活动，提升柳工品牌的知名度和客户的满意度。启动仪式后，即刻开展首期关键客户机手和维修人员的服务培训。

This event will span the entire year, covering core areas in the Philippines and servicing over a hundred key customers with thousands of units of equipment. This comprehensive service campaign helps better understand LiuGong equipment's operational status and enhance LiuGong's brand awareness and customer satisfaction. After the kick-off meeting, immediate service training for the operators and maintenance personnel of key customers was conducted.
