柳工装载机赋能沙特关键客户

日，5台柳工882装载机交付沙特关键客户。“购买的首批柳工设备工作至今已16年，从未有过大修。” 该客户如是评价。

Recently, five LiuGong 882 wheel loaders were delivered to a key customer in Saudi Arabia. The customer remarked, "The first batch of equipment has been in operation for 16 years without major repairs."

该客户是沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司的分包商，主要负责石油公司钻井设备的转运工作。自2007年起与柳工合作，陆续购买了30多台装载机，其中，一台2007年采购的862装载机已运行近3.5万小时。

The customer is a subcontractor of Saudi Arabian Oil Company, responsible for the transportation of drilling equipment for the oil company. Since 2007, they have been collaborating with LiuGong and have purchased over 30 wheel loaders. Among them, a 862 wheel loader purchased in 2007 has been in operation for nearly 35,000 hours.

在一次拜访中，柳工人员与客户进行了深入交流，倾听客户的反馈，同时柳工服务工程师对新旧设备进行了健康检查，设备运行状态基本良好，针对部分有故障的老旧部件现场进行了记录并给出修复建议。

During a visit, LiuGong representatives engaged in in-depth communication with the customer, attentively listening to their feedback. At the same time, LiuGong service engineers conducted a thorough health check of the old and new equipment. The overall operational condition of the equipment was found to be satisfactory. For some faulty older components, on-site records were made, accompanied by repair recommendations.
