专家简介:王同军,正高级工程师,现任中国铁道学会理事长、国家川藏铁路专家咨询委员会副组长、中国人工智能产业联盟战略委员会副主任委员。曾任国铁集团副总经理、党组成员,主管铁路科技、建设与信息化工作。创立了中国智能高铁体系架构,主持建成智能京张高铁、印尼雅万高铁等多项重大工程。获国家科技奖2项、省部级科技奖15项,荣获全国创新争先奖、光华工程科技奖、bSI特别成就奖等。
Profile:Wang Tongjun, Senior Engineer (Professorate Level), is currently President of the China Railway Society, Deputy Chairperson of the National Sichuan-Tibet Railway Expert Advisory Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance. He formerly served as Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Leadership Group of China State Railway Group, where he oversaw railway science and technology, construction, and informatization. Wang established the architecture of China’s Intelligent High-Speed Railway System and led the development of major projects, including the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Intelligent High-Speed Railway and the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway in Indonesia. He has received 2 National Science and Technology Awards and 15 provincial or ministerial-level awards, including the National Innovation Pioneer Award, Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, and bSI Special Achievement Award.

专家简介:Patricia Mokhtaria是美国佐治亚理工学院校董会特聘教授及土木与环境工程系Clifford & William Greene讲席教授。她在美国西北大学获得了博士学位,2013年加入佐治亚理工学院之前,她曾在加州大学戴维斯分校土木与环境工程系任教23年,此前还从事过数年区域交通规划与咨询工作。她深耕于态度对出行行为影响的研究已近50年,是出行行为研究领域被引用次数最多的学者之一,引用量近43,000次,谷歌学术h指数达100。她于2021年获得国际出行行为研究协会终身成就奖,并于2024年当选美国国家工程院院士。
Profile:Patricia Mokhtarian is a Regents Professor and the Clifford and William Greene, Jr. Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining Georgia Tech in 2013, she served 23 years on the CEE faculty at the University of California, Davis, after spending several years in regional transportation planning and consulting. Prof. Mokhtarian has specialized in the study of attitudinal influences on travel behavior for nearly 50 years. She is among the most highly-cited scholars in travel behavior research, with nearly 43,000 citations and an h-index of 100 (Google Scholar). She gave the Deen Distinguished Lecture at the Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in 2018, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association for Travel Behaviour Research in 2021, and was elected to the U.S. National Academy of Engineering in 2024. Her PhD is from Northwestern University.

专家简介:胡亚安,是江苏省科学技术协会副主席,内河水运工程专家。长期致力于内河水运通航建筑物前沿技术攻关、核心装备研发和重大工程实践,先后主持和完成国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金以及国家大型水利水电水运工程科技项目等100余项,取得一批国际上有重大影响力的原创性成果,为三峡、葛洲坝、长洲、大藤峡等高水头船闸,景洪、三峡、构皮滩等大型升船机以及锦屏、白鹤滩、向家坝等巨型水电站水力学相关技术难题的解决作出了重要贡献。研究成果荣获国家科技进步一等奖1项,国家科技进步二等奖3项,国家技术发明二等奖1项;省部级特等奖11项、一等奖15项。授权发明专利74项;主编在编行业标准16部。荣获首届全国创新争先奖、第十三届光华工程科技奖、第三届杰出工程师奖。
Profile:Hu Ya'an is Vice President of the Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology and a specialist in inland waterborne transport engineering. He has long been dedicated to cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, core equipment R&D, and major engineering practices in inland waterborne transport structures. He has led and completed over 100 projects, including national key R&D programs, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and major national water conservancy, hydropower, and water transport engineering projects. He has achieved a number of original accomplishments with significant international impact, making important contributions to solving key hydraulic challenges in high-head locks such as the Three Gorges, Gezhouba, Changzhou, Datengxia, large ship lifts such as Jinghong, Three Gorges, Goupitan, and giant hydropower stations, including Jinping, Baihetan, and Xiangjiaba. His research achievements include 1 first-prize and 3 second-prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 second-prize National Technological Invention Award. He has also received 11 special-prize and 15 first-prize provincial and ministerial awards. He holds 74 authorized invention patents and serves as the lead editor of 16 industry standards (some still under compilation). He has been honored with the first National Innovation Award, the 13th Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, and the third Outstanding Engineer Award.

专家简介:张大勇,中国国家铁路集团有限公司副总工程师兼科技和信息化部主任。国家百千万人才,国务院特殊津贴专家,国铁集团专业领军人物,正高级工程师,30 余年长期从事铁路机车车辆顶层设计和关键技术研究,主持CR450动车组等多项国家级重大项目。主持构建中国铁路机车车辆技术标准体系,为客货运输提质增效与高质量发展做出突出贡献。获国家科学技术进步奖特等奖、詹天佑科学技术奖最高奖等。
Profile:Zhang Dayong, Deputy Chief Engineer of CHINA RAILWAY and the Director of Department of Science, Technology and Information Technology of CHINA RAILWAY. He is a distinguished talent of the National Talents Program, an expert receiving special government allowance from the State Council, a leading professional figure of CHINA RAILWAY, and a professor-level senior engineer. For over 30 years, he has been committed to the top-level design and key technological research of railway locomotive and rolling stock. He has presided over the CR450 EMU and numerous other national major projects, spearheaded the development of the technical standard system for China’s railway locomotive and rolling stock, and made remarkable contributions to promoting the quality, efficiency and high-quality development of passenger and freight transport. He is a recipient of the Special Prize of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress, and the Top Prize of the Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award.
世界水运基础设施协会(PIANC)主席

专家简介:弗朗西斯科·埃斯特班·莱夫勒现任世界水运基础设施协会(PIANC)主席。自2019年起担任PIANC主席,此前曾任PIANC海事委员会主席8年,并曾任内河航运委员会委员4年。他拥有土木工程、建筑与电气工程相关硕士学位,长期从事港口、水运基础设施及土木工程技术管理工作,曾在西班牙国防部、西班牙国家港务系统及FCC Construcción担任高级职务。现作为独立顾问在全球范围内开展技术咨询,并积极参与国际技术与管理交流活动。
Profile:Francisco Esteban Lefler is President of PIANC, The World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure. He has served as PIANC President since 2019, following eight years as Chair of the PIANC Maritime Commission and four years as a member of the Inland Navigation Commission. He holds master’s degrees in civil engineering, and in construction and electrical engineering. He has extensive experience in port and waterborne transport infrastructure, civil engineering, and technical management, with senior roles in the Spanish Ministry of Defence, Ports of Spain, and FCC Construcción, where he served as Technical Director with global responsibilities. He currently works internationally as an independent consultant and advisor, and actively participates in technical and management events worldwide.

专家简介:鹏城实验室主任,北京大学博雅讲席教授,国际电气和电子工程师协会会士(IEEE Fellow)、美国计算机协会会士(ACM Fellow)。现任第十四届全国人大代表,曾任第十届、十一届、十二届全国政协委员,国家自然科学基金委副主任,中国计算机学会理事长,计算机学报主编等。以第一完成人身份,一次获得国家技术发明一等奖、一次获得国家技术发明二等奖、五次获得国家科技进步二等奖。荣获IEEE社会基建创新奖(2025年)、全国五一劳动奖章(2023年)、吴文俊人工智能最高成就奖(2023年)、广东省科技进步特等奖(2023年)、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖(2022年)、广东省南粤突出贡献奖(2021年)、“2005中国十大教育英才”称号和中国计算机学会王选奖。主要从事人工智能应用和多媒体技术、计算机视觉、模式识别与图像处理、虚拟现实方面的研究,主要著作有《数字视频编码技术原理》《Advanced Video Coding Systems》等,在本领域国际期刊上发表论文300余篇。
Profile:Gao Wen is an ACM Fellow and IEEE Fellow. He is the founding director of Pengcheng Laboratory (Shenzhen, China). He is also a Boya Chair Professor at Peking University. He is currently a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. He used to be a member of the 10th, 11th and 12th CPPCC National Committee, the vice president of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the chairman of China Computer Federation and the chief editor of Chinese Journal of Computers. He earned seven State Awards in Science and Technology Achievements as the first accomplisher. He received the IEEE Innovation in Societal Infrastructure Award (2025), National May 1 Labor Medal (2023), Wu Wenjun AI Highest Achievement Award (2023), the Special Prize on Scientific and Technological Progress of the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Award (2023), the Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation (2022), the Outstanding Contribution Award of Guangdong Province (2021), the CCF Wang Xuan Award and the title of “2005 China’s Top Ten Educational Talents”. Gao Wen has engaged in the research of artificial intelligence, multimedia, computer vision, pattern recognition, image processing, and virtual reality. He published six books and over 300 papers in international journals in the above areas.
