全球首批！三一SDC125双轮铣交付迪拜地铁蓝线，35%设备占比领跑建设

近日，三一重工在迪拜地铁蓝线项目现场举行全球首批SDC125双轮铣交付仪式。三一中东北非大区董事长谈波与项目承建方代表共同见证了这一重要时刻。此前在迪拜其他项目中表现优异的SDC120机型，为此次全新升级的SDC125双轮铣槽机的交付奠定了坚实基础。此次交付的两台SDC125双轮铣槽机将立即投入地铁站点建设，为项目高效推进提供坚实保障。

到2025年底，将有超100台三一设备服务于迪拜地铁蓝线项目，占项目设备总量的35%，彰显了三一在全球高端基建市场的设备实力与品牌影响力。

深入关键站点，展现硬核性能

本次交付的两台SDC125双轮铣将分别参与两个地铁站点的地下连续墙施工：

设备一

投身于国际城换乘站（BB06），负责成槽宽度0.8米、深度达35.2米的施工任务，面对岩层最大硬度47MPa的挑战。

设备二

第二台双轮铣槽机在AL WARQA站（BR08）进行作业，成槽尺寸达1.5米宽、38米深，应对约30MPa的岩层硬度。

两站施工现场，三一双轮铣槽机正与利勃海尔、宝峨等国际一线品牌并肩作业，以卓越的性能与可靠性，在严苛的工程考验中彰显实力。

SANY Heavy Industry recently held a delivery ceremony for the world’s first batch of SDC125 Trench Cutters at the Dubai Metro Blue Line project site. Tan Bo, Chairman of SANY Middle East and North Africa Region, together with representatives from the project contractor, witnessed this important moment. The outstanding performance of the previously deployed SDC120 model in other Dubai projects has laid a solid foundation for the delivery of the newly upgraded SDC125 Trench Cutters.The two SDC125 Trench Cutters will be deployed immediately for station construction, providing solid support for the project’s efficient advancement.

Engaging Key Stations with Outstanding Performance

The two SDC125 Trench Cutters delivered this time will undertake diaphragm wall construction at two key metro stations:

Equipment One

The first cutter was assigned to International City Interchange Station (BB06), this unit will excavate trenches with a width of 0.8 meters and a depth of 35.2 meters, tackling rock strata with hardness up to 47 MPa.

Equipment Two

The second cutter operated at AL WARQA Station (BR08), excavating trenches 1.5 meters wide and 38 meters deep, working through rock layers with approximately 30 MPa hardness.

At both locations, SANY’s Trench Cutters are operating alongside top international brands such as Liebherr and BAUER. With exceptional performance and reliability, SANY equipment continues to prove its strength under demanding engineering conditions.
