GENMA再签宁波北三集司自动化升级项目丨13台RTG L4自动化改造、6台RTG PLC升级

近日，GENMA与宁波北仑第三集装箱有限公司（北三集司）正式签署合作协议，将为北三集司提供13台RTG L4级自动化改造及6台RTG PLC系统升级服务。该项目计划于2025年底前完成交付，这是GENMA在北三集司承接的又一个重点项目，标志着双方在智慧港口建设领域的合作进一步深化。

此次升级改造中，L4级全自动化将赋予RTG高水平的自主作业能力，提升码头运营效率和安全性；而PLC系统升级则将优化设备控制性能，为港口提供更稳定、可靠的装卸保障。两大技术升级将共同助力北三集司智能化水平迈上新台阶。

2023年交付的GENMA全自动化RTG

Ningbo, China – GENMA has signed a contract with BLTCT to upgrade 13 RTGs with L4 autonomous operation systems and modernize 6 RTGs PLC technology, reinforcing its leadership in smart port transformation. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

This is the second key modernization initiative at NBCT. The L4 automation retrofit will enhance operational efficiency and safety, while the PLC upgrades ensure advanced control and reliability, aligning with the port’s digitalization goals.
